This short, interactive session is designed for anyone who has previously completed an MHFAider® or Champion course and wants to refresh their knowledge, reinforce their confidence, and ensure they remain effective in their role. It is ideal for workplaces, schools, community organisations, or any setting where maintaining a mentally healthy environment is a priority.
