Mental Health First Aid Refresher (MHFA)

Renew Confidence in Mental Health First Aid and Everyday Support

What is the MHFA Refresher course?

The MHFA Refresher Workshop helps trained Mental Health First Aiders and Mental Health Champions renew their skills, boost their confidence, and stay up to date with best practices for supporting mental health. This short, interactive session is designed for anyone who has previously completed an MHFAider® or Champion course and wants to refresh their knowledge, reinforce their confidence, and ensure they remain effective in their role. It is ideal for workplaces, schools, community organisations, or any setting where maintaining a mentally healthy environment is a priority.
