EUSR Categories 3,4,5: Install, Inspect & Remove Timber, Steel, Proprietary Support Systems

Safe Excavation Support, From Installation to Removal.

What is the EUSR Categories 3, 4 & 5 Course?

The EUSR Categories 3, 4 & 5 course provides learners with the knowledge and assessment required to safely install, inspect and remove excavation support systems, including timber, steel and proprietary systems.

This course is designed for those working in or around excavations where temporary support systems are required to protect workers, maintain excavation stability and reduce the risks associated with ground collapse.

The EUSR scheme has been developed in collaboration with employers and stakeholders from across the energy and utility sector. Training and assessment against each category leads to registration on EUSR, delivered through an Energy & Utility Skills approved programme.

Course Content

What can I expect from the EUSR Categories 3, 4 & 5 course?

This combined course covers:

  • Category 3: Install, Inspect & Remove Timber Support Systems
